Terms of service
By creating a Cubitro account you agree to these terms. They’re written so a normal person can read them in a coffee break.
// last updated · June 17, 2026
Cubitro is operated by Tomjar Invest AB, a Swedish company, org. number 559317-2520. “We” means us; “you” means the person or company holding the account.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password safe and making sure the people you invite to your workspace follow these terms. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don’t use Cubitro to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, infringe other people’s rights, store malware, or attempt to compromise the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
You own everything you put into Cubitro. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, back up, and display it back to you so the product works. We don’t claim any other rights to your content.
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial we charge the subscription on the cycle you chose. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the current period unless the law requires it. EU/SE consumer rights apply where applicable.
You can cancel and delete your account directly from Settings inside the dashboard. Deletion removes your workspace content from production systems on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy. Exports are available before you delete.
We work hard to keep Cubitro available and fast, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, outages from upstream providers, and the occasional bug happen. We’ll communicate when they do.
Cubitro is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. None of this limits liability that can’t be limited under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Cubitro after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to your local courts.
